MLH HackCon X

Major League Hacking (MLH) is the official university hackathon league, focused on building connection and collaboration through hands-on events, fellowships, and leadership programs in tech. Their annual conference, Hackcon, brings together organizers, mentors, and community leaders from across the globe to share best practices, trade ideas, and level up the experience for hackers around the world. I had the opportunity to give a talk highlighting the need for diverse representation in CS and ways to encourage it in your own communities!
